"Financial Skills with a Gender Lens"
"Financial Skills with a Gender Lens" Program was a four-session program designed to equip young people with essential financial literacy skills, while addressing the unique financial challenges and opportunities that arise from gender dynamics. During 21st and 22nd of September 2024, at Europe House Tetovo, 11 participants explored how gender influences financial decision-making, wage gaps, and wealth-building strategies, and gained practical tools to navigate these challenges. Through interactive workshops and real-world case studies, the program empowered young people to achieve financial independence and make informed, confident financial decisions.
This program was designed by Shega Platform and it was implemented in collaboration with Liberal Alternative Institute (LAI), funded by Economic Fundamentals Initiative (EFI)
